By using Cinemus AI, you agree to these Terms.

Cinemus AI allows users to generate images and short videos from user-submitted photos and text prompts using artificial intelligence technologies.

To generate requested content, user-uploaded images and prompts may be securely transmitted to third-party AI processing providers (such as Google Vertex AI or similar AI infrastructure partners).

These providers process data solely for content generation purposes and do not use the data for advertising or profiling.

• Minimum age: 13+
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• We may suspend accounts that violate laws or these Terms.

Users may permanently delete their account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app.

Account deletion permanently removes personal data associated with the account, except where retention is required by law.

• In-app purchases are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Billing.
• Credits are consumable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
• Refunds follow platform policies and applicable local laws.

• You retain ownership of content you upload.
• You grant Cinemus AI a limited license to process and store content strictly for providing the service.
• You confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload submitted content.

You may not use the service to create or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, sexually explicit, abusive, or misleading content.

The service may not be used to impersonate individuals, generate non-consensual content, or violate privacy rights.

The Cinemus AI software, branding, and design elements are owned by us or our licensors.

The service is provided "as is." AI-generated results may vary and may not always meet user expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
