Privacy Policy

Cinemus AI is a creative mobile app that generates videos and images from user-provided photos and prompts. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

• Account data: Email address and user ID (via Supabase Auth).
• Purchases: Purchase history and entitlement status (via RevenueCat and Apple App Store / Google Play Billing).
• Media you upload: Photos or videos you choose to process (stored in Supabase Storage or other configured storage backends).
• Prompts and settings: Text prompts and selected style/configuration parameters used to generate content.
• Usage & diagnostics: Basic app interactions, crash logs, and performance metrics.
• Device or other IDs: Identifiers used by RevenueCat to validate purchases and prevent fraud.

We do not collect precise or approximate location, contacts, calendars, messages, health data, or browsing history.

• App functionality: Authenticate users and deliver AI-generated outputs.
• Account management: Manage subscriptions, credits, and customer support.
• Security & compliance: Fraud prevention and legal obligations.
• Analytics & quality: Diagnose crashes and improve features.

Consent: By uploading media or entering prompts, you explicitly consent to the transmission of this data to AI processing providers strictly for the purpose of generating requested outputs.

To generate images and videos requested by users, certain data must be securely transmitted to third-party service providers, including AI processing infrastructure.

Before any media or prompts are processed by AI services, users are clearly informed and must provide consent within the app.

Data that may be transmitted for generation:

• User-uploaded images or videos
• Text prompts entered by the user
• Selected style and configuration parameters

Service providers may include:

• Supabase (authentication, database, storage)
• RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)
• AI processing pipeline (automation/orchestration such as n8n)
• Cloud AI providers (such as Google Cloud / Vertex AI or similar providers) used to generate requested content

These providers process data solely for generating the requested content and providing the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data is transmitted securely using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

• Account: While active, unless deleted by you.
• Media/projects: Until deleted by you, unless retention is required by law.
• Purchases: Per platform requirements and applicable legal/accounting rules.
• Diagnostics: Typically 30–90 days.

• Delete your account: You may permanently delete your account directly within the app by navigating to Settings → Delete Account.
• Account deletion permanently removes personal data associated with your account, except where retention is required by law.
• You may also request help by emailing support@cinemus.ai.

Intended for users aged 13 and older.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We use access controls and least-privilege principles.

Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
