Delete Account & Data

1. Email support@cinemus.ai from the address linked to your account.
2. Subject: “Account Deletion Request”.
3. Optionally list projects you want removed.

We will verify and delete the account within 7 business days.

What will be deleted

• Supabase Auth account and profile
• Projects & media (Supabase Storage)
• Credit balance & entitlements (subject to legal retention)

What may be retained

• Limited purchase records (legal/accounting)
• Aggregated diagnostics (typically 30–90 days)
